MADE-TO-ORDER PHILOSOPHY (OUR USP)
Unlike conventional skincare brands that ship pre-made stock, we begin formulating and packing your product only after your order is placed.
This means:

Because of this careful, hands-on approach, our processing and shipping times may be slightly longer but the quality you receive is worth the wait.

Once your order is confirmed:

- 📦 Careful packaging: 1 business day
Total processing time before shipping: 3–5 business days
We never rush this step your skin deserves better.
SHIPPING TIME
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination & customs)

SHIPPING COSTS
Because our products are:
- Made fresh per order

Our shipping costs may be slightly higher than mass-market brands.

ORDER TRACKING

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders:
